SUPPLYING HYGIENE KITS

The Catholic Agency for Overseas Development (CAFOD), with funds from the ACT/CI Appeal, Integrated
Humanitarian Response to IDPs, Refugees, and Host Communities in Sudan, and in partnership with Caritas
Sudan and Hope and Friendship for Development (HOPE). The project aims to provide the hygiene and
sanitation needs of the host community and Refugees by supplying 1,444 kits. CAFOD, Caritas Sudan, and
HOPE Sudan are seeking tenders from qualified vendors/suppliers/contractors and companies in White Nile  State
 For the Supply of Hygiene Kits

CAFOD, Caritas Sudan and HOPE Sudan invite all interested suppliers/vendors/contractors to collect tender
documents from CAFOD offices, Kosti, 06th January 2026 to 15th January 2026.
Note: A letter delegating an individual from the company is required when receiving the tender Dossier.
Tender documents can be collected from 06th January 2026 during working days and hours (10.00 am to 3:00
pm). The last day for collecting tender dossiers is the 15th of January 2026.
Interested vendors/suppliers/contractors MUST provide the following information indicating that they are
qualified for the works:
1. The company’s valid registration.
2. Taxation chamber certification and other government-related registration.
3. History/profile of the company.
4. Description of similar assignments achieved.
5. Evidence of experience in similar works.
6. Financial ability /current bank statement (this will be kept as a confidential document).
7. Guarantee cheque from the bank (this will be kept as a confidential document).
8. Suppliers are requested to fill out the questionnaire and the supplier form.
The last date for submission of completed sealed bids is 15th of January 2026, by 3:00 pm; incomplete bids
will not be considered.
