Hope Organization invites qualified suppliers, companies, and business owners to submit financial bids for the construction of latrines using local materials in North Darfur State / Garni Camp, with delivery to be made to the organization’s office located in North Darfur State / Tawila

Submission Requirements:

• A signed and stamped financial quotation invoice must be attached, clearly specifying the implementation period.
•   A detailed work schedule clearly outlining the execution of activities must be attached.
•   Commitment to delivery at the specified site is required.
•   Documents proving experience and previous work with organizations in similar activities must be attached.
•   The organization reserves the right to select the most appropriate bid that complies with the required specifications, without being obligated to accept the lowest or the highest price.

Special Conditions:

•   All supplied materials must fully comply with the required specifications. Any materials that do not meet the work requirements may be rejected and not approved.
•   The contractor must ensure the safe transportation and proper execution of the works, and deliver and implement them at the specified location in accordance with the directions of the supervising committee.
•   The works must be completed in accordance with the requirements within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of notification and contract signing, unless changes are introduced by the committee.
•   The committee supervising the receipt of works reserves the right to reject the acceptance of any products that do not meet the required specifications.
•   Payment shall be made based on delivery and progress percentages, to be settled in two installments: 50% after completing work equivalent to 60% of the total scope of works, and 50% upon 100% completion of the works.

• Submission of all official government documents.
• Valid company registration documents.
• All required local registrations and approvals.
• Supporting documents proving the bidder’s eligibility and capacity to perform the work.
• Offers lacking company registration and local approvals will not be considered.

Deadline for Submission:

All quotations must be submitted no later than 22 January 2026 to the HOPE Organization office at the address mentioned above.

شروط التقديم:

يجب إرفاق عرض مالي موقع ومختوم ومحدد المدة الزمنية للتنفيذ.

يجب ارفاق جدول زمني يوضح تنفيذ الاعمال بوضوح.

يجب الالتزام بـ التسليم في الموقع المحدد.

ارفاق المستندات التي تثبت الخبرة والاعمال السابقة للمنظمات في اعمال مشابهة

تحتفظ المنظمة بحقها في اختيار العرض الأنسب والمتوافق مع المواصفات

 المطلوبة، دون أن تكون مقيدة بقبول أدنى أو أعلى الأسعار

الشروط الخاصة:

يجب أن تكون المواد التي يتم توريدها متوافقة تماما مع المواصفات المطلوبة واي مواد لا تتناسب مع متطلبات العمل يمكن عدم اعتمادها

 يجب على المقاول ضمان نقل المواد وتنفيذها بأمان وبطريقة سليمة وتسليمها وتنفيذها في المكان المحدد وفقا ما تراه اللجنة

يجب استكمال تنفيذ الاعمال وفق المتطلبات خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يوم من تاريخ الإخطار وتوقيع العقد ما لم تطرأ تغيرات من قبل اللجنة

اللجنة التي تشرف على الاستلام رفض أستلام أي منتجات لا تتناسب مع المطلوبات يتم الدفع كالاتي 

50%  دفعة اولي بعد وصول العمل  60% 

50% دفعة ثانية بعد اكتمال العمل 100%  واستلامة من قبل اللجنة المشرفة

تقديم مستندات تسجيل الشركة الصالحة

تقديم جميع التسجيلات والموافقات المحلية المطلوبة

إرفاق جميع المستندات التي تثبت أهلية وقدرة مقدم العرض على تنفيذ العمل

لن يتم النظر في العروض التي لا تحتوي على مستندات تسجيل الشركة والتسجيلات المحلية

آخر موعد لتقديم العروض:

يجب تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه 22 يناير 2026 إلى مكتب منظمة هوب في العنوان أعلاه.

استلام العروض:
