Tender for the Supply of Essential and Life-Saving Medicines for Mobile Clinics – Central Darfur State / Golo

HOPE Organization invites qualified suppliers to submit financial quotations for the supply of medicines in Central Darfur State, with delivery to be made at the organization’s office located at:
Central Jebel Marra Locality / Golo Town – South Market.

Submission Conditions:

1. All medicines must be registered and approved by the relevant authorities.
2. A signed and stamped financial quotation invoice must be attached.
3. The expiry date of each item must be clearly stated.
4. Suppliers must commit to delivery at the specified location.
5. Preference will be given to suppliers with previous experience in supplying medicines to organizations.
6. The organization reserves the right to select the most suitable offer that complies with the required specifications and is not bound to accept the lowest or the highest price.

Special Conditions:

• The medicines must have a minimum remaining shelf life of at least TOW year from the date of receipt.
• The supplier’s warehouses must be equipped with an effective cold chain system.
• The supplier shall ensure safe and secure transportation of the medicines.
• The supply of medicines must be completed within a maximum period of one month from the date of notification and contract signing.
• Payment shall be made on a supply basis, with 100% paid after receipt of the required items

Required Documents :

• Attach all official government documents.
• Provide valid company registration documents.
• Submit all required medical registrations and approvals.
• Submit valid registrations from the Pharmacy and Poisons authorities.
• Attach all documents that prove the bidder’s eligibility and capacity to carry out the work.
• Quotations that do not include company registration and medical/pharmaceutical registration documents will not be considered.

Quotations must be submitted no later than 12 January 2025 to the HOPE Organization office at the above address

منظمة هوب تدعو الموردين المؤهلين لتقديم عروض مالية لتوريد الأدوية في ولاية وسط دارفور، على أن يتم التسليم في مكتب المنظمة الكائن في
ولاية وسط دارفور  / مدينة قولو

شروط التقديم

1. يجب أن تكون جميع الأدوية مسجلة ومعتمدة من الجهات المختصة.

2. يجب إرفاق فاتورة عرض مالي موقعة ومختومة.

3. يجب توضيح تاريخ صلاحية كل صنف بوضوح.

4. يجب على الموردين الالتزام بـ التسليم في الموقع المحدد.

5. يُفضل أن يكون الموردون لديهم خبرة سابقة في توريد الأدوية للمنظمات.

6. تحتفظ المنظمة بحقها في اختيار العرض الأنسب والمتوافق مع المواصفات المطلوبة، دون أن تكون مقيدة بقبول أدنى أو أعلى الأسعار

الشروط الخاصة

• يجب أن تحتوي الأدوية على مدة صلاحية متبقية لا تقل عن سنتين من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يجب أن تكون مخازن المورد مجهزة بنظام سلسلة تبريد فعال.

• يجب على المورد ضمان نقل الأدوية بأمان وبطريقة سليمة.

• يجب استكمال توريد الأدوية خلال مدة أقصاها شهر واحد من تاريخ الإخطار وتوقيع العقد.

• يتم الدفع بناءً على التسليم، على أن يُسدد 100% بعد استلام الأصناف المطلوبة.

المستندات المطلوبة

• إرفاق جميع المستندات الحكومية الرسمية.

• تقديم مستندات تسجيل الشركة الصالحة.

• تقديم جميع التسجيلات والموافقات الطبية المطلوبة.

• تقديم التسجيلات من هيئة الصيدلة والسموم.

• إرفاق جميع المستندات التي تثبت أهلية وقدرة مقدم العرض على تنفيذ العمل.

• لن يتم النظر في العروض التي لا تحتوي على مستندات تسجيل الشركة والتسجيلات الطبية/الصيدلانية.

آخر موعد لتقديم العروض

يجب تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه 12 يناير 2025  حتي الساعة 12 ظهرا إلى مكتب منظمة هوب في العنوان أعلاه.

يمكن تسليم العروض إلى مكتبنا في مدينة قولو، ولاية وسط دارفور.
