- Submission Requirements: Interested service providers must adhere to the following:

• Deadline for Bid Submission is 25/12/2025, 4:00 PM.
• Bidders are required to submit all the required documents listed in the attached Bidder Response Document (BRD)
• Bidders are to provide their financial offer in the attached RFQ/BRD template with fixed pricing for one year.

The successful supplier will be awarded a fixed price framework agreement.
