CARE International in Sudan, is seeking for qualified Firms For efficient procurement for General Services, the Procurement of General Services, shall also take into consideration, aside from cost, other factors in determining the winning bid, such as, but not limited to, contracts with other clients. The minimum requirements prescribed in this Term of Reference shall be used as a basis for evaluating the technical proposal of the bidder.

for CARE International offices in Port Sudan, Khartoum,  Gadarif,  Kassala, South Kordofan, East Darfur and South Darfur.
