Save the Children is seeking a qualified Training Center to deliver structured, high-quality training and development programs aimed at strengthening staff competencies across technical and operational areas.

Project Overview

• Start Date: January 1, 2026
• End Date: December 31, 2027
• Objective: Enhance staff skills in leadership, project management, financial literacy, safeguarding, compliance, and more through customized training modules.

Scope of Work:

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions (workshops, simulations, group activities).
• Provide digital training materials and certified facilitators.
• Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations.
• Submit comprehensive training reports.

How to Apply

Interested providers should submit:

• Company profile and relevant experience.
• Proposed methodology and training plan.
• Financial proposal.
• CVs of proposed trainers.

Submission Deadline: All fully filled ITT documents and supporting documents must be submitted by the 8^th of December.

The subject of the email should be “Tender No 668374 (Training Service Providers) – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
