Bid Notice – Consultancy Services
Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.
Mercy Corps invites qualified service providers (individual consultants or firms) to submit quotations for the provision of Crisis Analysis Consultancy Services. This opportunity is a consultancy/service provider engagement and does not constitute an employment position.
Type of Engagement
Consultancy / Service Provider.
Individual consultants may apply based on relevant experience. Company registration is not mandatory for individual applicants.
Duration & Location:
The expected duration of the consultancy is six (6) months, and the primary duty station will be Port Sudan.
Applicants should consider any potential field travel requirements when preparing their financial proposals.
Pricing & Taxation:
Applicants must submit pricing using the Request for Quotation (RFQ) form.
Unit Price refers to the cost per unit of service, while Extended Price refers to the total cost (Unit Price × Quantity).
All quoted prices must include applicable taxes. The individual rate is 10% and for registered businesses it is 17%.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit one complete package including:
• Completed RFQ
• Scope of Work acknowledgment
• Supplier Information Form
• Company profile or individual consultant ID
• Evidence of previous similar assignments
Submission Deadline
All quotations must be submitted no later than 20th December 2025 through Mercy Corps designated submission channels.
1. Email to: emamohamed@mercycorps.org , with the Reference Number: RFQ\PR157032 in the email subject line.
2. Return in person and put in the Tender Box placed at any of Mercy Corps offices in Kassala, Gadarif, Port Sudan, Dongola, and Atbara. The Reference Number: RFQ\PR157032 should be written on the envelope and must be sealed.
