The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; -GIZ Office Khartoum- Commissioned by the Federal German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development would like to contract a company to provide internet services with Installation at different GIZ locations in Sudan.

GIZ is seeking a company specialised in networking and telecommunication systems to undertake the installation, configuration and support of the network elements to achieve that a reliable data and communication network is operational with a very high availability.

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested companies to supply GIZ Sudan with the following:

1. An official letter expressing interest clearly indicating your interest to participate in this tender.
2. Comprehensive company profile with the following information; Address: City, Street, Place, Legal form, Registration body, copy of the legal registration, Date of creation, Date of commencement of activities, Ownership details, Web address and social media accounts if it exists, Registration in VAT Tax Chamber, Business description, Number of employees, Services currently on offer.
3. Financial Information bank reference letter in favour of GIZ or recent 6 months bank statements of the year 2020 within minimum turnover of 6,000,000 SDG.
4. Evidence of experience in installing and providing internet services, only copies of third-party evidence is acceptable such as award letters, contracts, service level agreements etc.

For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents in English Language only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Sudan Office reception at No. 3, Amarat Street, House 28, Block 10a Khartoum, Sudan, labelled stated below:

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Sunday 17th March 2021 will be accepted and considered.
