SZWO is a youth-led NGO established in February 2020 to develop the waste management sector and circular economy in Sudan, with a special focus on developmental and semi-developmental projects. Zero Waste Team was agile to adapt to the new circumstances after 15th April and prepared to respond to the emergencies with the view to play a pivotal role in promoting health and well-being, ensuring water supply, providing solid waste and sewerage services, and protecting the vulnerability of the poorest and marginalized people across Sudan.
