HOPE organization invites qualified and interested suppliers to submit bids for the supply

and delivery of school desks and benches. The tender aims to provide high-quality, durable

and ergonomic desks and benches to enhance the learning environment for students.

Submission: 
All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Tender For School Desks and Benches” and delivered to: HOPE office in Singa , Aldali street, Alhi AlGharbi Area, Block No. (72), House No. (26), Sennar State or Scanned document through the following Email:

 Provide the following information indicating that they are qualified for the work:

1. The company’s valid registration
2. Taxation chamber certification and other government-related registration
3. History/ profile of the company
4. Description of similar assignments achieved.
5. Evidence of experience in similar works
6. Financial ability/ current bank statement.

The last date for submission of completed sealed bids is 16 September 2025 by 4:00 pm, incomplete bids will not be considered.
