Documents Comprising the Bid

• Valid: - Certificate of Business registration, Operator’s License.
• Company profile
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Three recommendation letters of Satisfactory Performance /certificate of completion that state and confirm good track record specifying the contract amounts of three executed similar construction projects, not older than two last years.
• Cover letter explaining interest to be a contracted vendor or contractor
• Financial capabilities- Clear copy of their latest 2 months bank statement
• The vendor’s Information form completed and signed
• The Request for Proposal – RFP
• Summarized scope of works
• ADD Conflict of Interest and Code of Conduct completed and signed

Bid Prices & Price Changes 

أسعار العطاءات وتغيرات الأسعار

For the purpose of selecting a Contractor and executing the procurement Agreement, the Bidder shall clearly indicate the prices for all services to be provided. All prices shall be clearly indicated in the space provided on the Bill of Quantity. The Bidder must sign and officially stamp the price schedule.

All rates and amounts entered in the Bid Form and Price Schedule and used in any documents, correspondence or operations about this tender shall be expressed SDG.

لغرض اختيار المقاول وتنفيذ اتفاقية الشراء ، يجب على مقدم العطاء الإشارة بوضوح إلى أسعار جميع الخدمات التي سيتم تقديمها. يجب تحديد جميع الأسعار بوضوح في المساحة المتوفرة في فاتورة الكمية. يجب على مقدم العطاء التوقيع وختم جدول الأسعار رسميًا.

يجب التعبير عن جميع الأسعار والمبالغ التي تم إدخالها في نموذج العطاء وجدول الأسعار والمستخدمة في أي مستندات أو مراسلات أو عمليات متعلقة بهذا العطاء بالجنية السوداني

Period of Validity of Bids

فترة سريان العطاءات

Bids shall remain valid for 30 working days after the date of bid opening prescribed by the Purchaser, a bid valid for a shorter period may be rejected by the Purchaser as non-responsive.

In exceptional circumstances, the Purchaser may request the Bidders to extend the period of validity. The request and the responses thereto shall be made in writing by letter or e-mail. A bidder agreeing to the request will not be required nor permitted to modify his bid.

يجب أن تظل العطاءات سارية لمدة30  يوم عمل بعد تاريخ فتح العطاء الذي حدده المشتري ، وقد يرفض المشتري العطاء الصالح لفترة أقصر باعتباره غير مستجيب.

في ظروف استثنائية ، يجوز للمشتري أن يطلب من مقدمي العطاءات تمديد فترة الصلاحية. يجب أن يكون الطلب والردود عليه كتابةً أو بالبريد الإلكتروني. لن يُطلب من العارض الذي يوافق على الطلب ولا يُسمح له بتعديل عرضه.

Contractor’s Responsibilities Clause

• The Contractor agrees to the following obligations:
• The Contractor shall comply at all times with applicable safety standards and regulations on site.
• The Contractor shall ensure the safety of all workers and shall provide full personal protective equipment (PPE) for each worker, including but not limited to safety helmet, safety vest, safety shoes, gloves, and goggles, and shall enforce their proper use at all times.
• The Contractor confirms that all prices quoted in this Agreement are inclusive of the above obligations, and no additional payments shall be claimed in this regard.

وافق المقاول على الالتزامات التالية:

• يلتزم المقاول في جميع الأوقات بمعايير ولوائح السلامة المعمول بها في الموقع.
• يلتزم المقاول بضمان سلامة جميع العمال وتوفير معدات الحماية الشخصية الكاملة لكل عامل، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر خوذة السلامة، وسترة السلامة، وأحذية السلامة، والقفازات، والنظارات الواقية، ويلتزم بضمان استخدامها بشكل صحيح في جميع الأوقات.
• يؤكد المقاول أن جميع الأسعار المذكورة في هذه الاتفاقية تشمل الالتزامات المذكورة أعلاه، ولن يُطالب بأي مدفوعات إضافية في هذا الصدد.

Format and Signing

التنسيق والتوقيع

The original bid shall be signed by the Bidder or a person or persons duly authorized to bind the Bidder to the contract.  Financial proposal pages of the bid shall be initialed by the person or persons signing the bid and stamped with the company seal.

Any interlineations, erasures, or overwriting shall be valid only if they are initialed by the person or persons signing the bid.

يجب توقيع العطاء الأصلي من قبل مقدم العطاء أو شخص أو أشخاص مفوضين حسب الأصول لإلزام مقدم العطاء بالعقد. يجب أن يتم التوقيع بالأحرف الأولى على صفحات العرض المالي الخاصة بالعطاء من قبل الشخص أو الأشخاص الذين قاموا بالتوقيع على العطاء وختمها بختم الشركة.

تكون أي حواجز بين السطور أو محو أو كتابة فوق سارية المفعول فقط إذا تم التوقيع عليها بالأحرف الأولى من قبل الشخص أو الأشخاص الذين وقعوا على العطاء.
