Specifications: - MINERAL WATER PROVISION SERVICES FOR CRS’S OFFICE & GUEST HOUSES

Background: 

CRS is an international non-governmental organization working in Sudan, with an administrative office in Port Sudan and multiple field and deep-field offices in Darfur. Rs’s Port Sudan office & Guest House is Located at Block 4, Hay Almatar, East Al-Waledain Mosque, Alsilk Street.

Scope of Work

To ensure Mineral water security and timely supply and to address the highly increased Demand; CRS is looking for qualified and reputable Mineral water Supply Companies to establish a long-term agreement for Water Provision.

Period of Performance (Agreement Duration) 

One-year effective August 1^st ,2025 through July31st ,2026.

Place of Provision & Supply Frequency

The estimated Needed quantity & Fuel Types

• Mineral water for CRS office and Guest houses – 200 water drums 18.9 liter per month

Objectives & Deliverables/Outcomes

• The vendor should be able to provide Water to CRS upon immediate request from CRS’s assigned Focal points that will be listed on the Agreement
• The vendor must always be able to supply CRS with Mineral water at designated location.
• The vendor must maintain, make available, and obtain all records related to these goods and services for inspection on a monthly basis and/ or upon reasonable notice.
• Water prices should align with government-fixed rates, and any contract amendments should reflect the newly agreed prices.
• Water prices will be based on the prevailing market rates at the time of supply.
• Water deliveries will be made to CRS depots as required.
• Long Term Agreements will be in USD
• All payments to the Vendor will be in Local Currency based on the official Exchange rates at the date of the payment
• Payment of water Delivered to CRS will be affected monthly based on the Delivery notes confirmed & Signed by both CRS and the vendor and the related Invoices.
