Plan International is an independent developmental and humanitarian organization that advances children’s rights and equality for girls, registered with the Ministry of Welfare and Social Security (License number is # 1066 dated 08/03/2017) and has a signed Country Agreement with Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) which governs the humanitarian work in Sudan. Plan has been building powerful partnerships for children for over 40 years in Sudan, currently maintains an operational presence in four states - Kassala, White Nile, North Kordofan and North Darfur, beside the Country office in Khartoum. Plan is known nationally as one of the leading child rights organizations as a result of its' long-lasting commitment towards children issues.

Plan International Sudan – Kassala Program area is inviting qualified and competent, registered consultancy firms, individual consultants to submit proposal for Development of module and Training of CSOs on grassroots mobilization and advocacy

Interested Consultancy firms, individual consultants must submit the following documents:

  1. Cover Letter,
  2. CV of the firm and the training team members that will be involved in the training.
  3. Technical proposal to develop the module and conduct the training based on the ToR.
  4. Tentative financial proposal.
