Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization and through the World Bank funded SOMOUD-AF program, is committed to enhancing gender-based violence (GBV) response services and strengthening referral mechanisms in Sudan. The program seeks to facilitate safe access to GBV services, improve community awareness, and build the capacity of local service providers to ensure sustainability and community ownership. Mercy Corps is seeking a subcontractor to support the implementation of key GBV response and referral activities
