ADRA Sudan, on behalf of partners, is inviting a qualified consultant to conduct the UWEP Endline Evaluation in Blue Nile as per attached of Terms of Reference. The objective of the task is to evaluate the project in terms of its efficiency, effectiveness, impact, relevance, coherence, and sustainability trends. The purpose of the evaluation is to measure the progress or success of the project against its targeted objective and indicators.
