To support importers/distributors of Hematic Storage Bags (HSBs) to strengthen retail agents and expand the adoption and use of Hematic storage bags by 1500 small holder farmers in Blue Nile Region.

ADRA Sudan is inviting qualified companies and individuals to bid for the expansion of adoption and use of hematic bags among small holder farmers through the village retail networks in Roseries, Damazine and Kurmuk Provinces in Blue Nile Region. Specific communities are included indicated in the SoW document. The conditions and approach for this storage bags sales to small holder farmers are outlined in the SoW document and follows private and public partnerships model.

Potential and qualified companies and individuals interested to carry out the sales expansion for the storage bags can collect tender booklet (SoW) from ADRA Sudan Damazine office, AL-Riyadh, West near ALSiddiq hotel. Bidders must submit the following documents along with their offers:

• Certificate of registration
• The firm of the company profile and/or owner CV, technical and financial abilities and experiences of similar works implemented by the company or individual.
• Valid clearance certificate from Tax and Zakat
• Any recommendation letters from other INGO/NGOs or institutions where similar work was successfully done.

N.B All documents submitted for this tender should be copies including tax and Zakat. The bids are to be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelopes and posted in the tender box located in the ADRA Sudan Damazine Office.

Closing deadline: Time 4:00 PM, Date: 11^th / April 2025

Offers submitted in other manner than those indicated above will not be considered.

The offers will be scored and evaluated based on the prices and the documents required to be attached.

برنامج تقوية نظام السوق الزراعى والأمن الإقتصادى

  دعوة لتقديم العطاءات (ITT)

لمساعدة موردي وموزعي جولات التخزين المحسنة لتقوية وكلاء البيع بالتجزئة ولتوسعة استخدام الجولات المحسنة لعدد 1500 من صغار المزارعين في إقليم النيل الأزرق

     ترغب منظمة ادرا السودان نيابة عن شركائها في طرح عطاء للأفراد أو الشركات المؤهلة لتوسعة وتبني استخدام المحاصيل الجولات المحسنة  محاصيل لصغار المزارعين عبر وكلاء شبكات البيع بالتجزئة في محافظات الرصيرص و الدماذين والكرمك في إقليم النيل الأزرق تم تضمين مجتمعات معينة قد تمت الإشارة اليها في كراسة العطاء. شروط بيع هذه الجولات التخزينية المحسنة لصغار المزارعين قد تم توضيحها في كراسة العطاء بما يتماشى مع نظام الشراكة في قطاعي الخاص والعام.

يمكن للشركات والافراد المحتملين والمؤهلين المهتمين بتنفيذ بتوسعة استخدام الجولات التخزينية المحسنة  الحصول على كراسة العطاء (BOQ) من رئاسة المنظمة بالدمازين حي الرياض غرب فندق الصديق. يجب على مقدمي العروض تقديم المطلوبات التالية مع عروضهم:

• شهادة تسجيل سارية
• ملف تعريفي عن المقاول أو الشركة و/أو السيرة الذاتية للمالك والقدرات الفنية والمالية والخبرات في الأعمال المماثلة التي ينفذها المورد أو الشركة
• شهادة ابراء ذمة سارية المفعول من مصلحة الضرائب والزكاة يجب ان تكون اصل وسوف يتم ارجاع المستندات في حالة عدم الفوز 
• كشف حساب بنكي يؤكد القدرة المالية لمقدم العطاء
• توصية من أي منظمة دولية او وطنية اواي مؤسسة لتأكيد القيام بتنفيذ عمل مماثل. 

ملحوظة: جميع المستندات المقدمة لهذا العطاء يجب أن تكون نسخًا (غير قابلة للإرجاع) ما عدا خلو طرف من الضرائب وابرام زمة من الذكاة والتأمين يجب ان تكون اصلية.

• تقدم العروض في مظاريف مقفولة ومختومة وتوضع في صندوق العطاءات الموجود برئاسة المنظمة بالدمازين الرياض بالقرب من فندق الصديق.
•  التقديم بالجنيه السودانى والموعد النهائي للتقديم: الساعة 4:00 مساءً ، التاريخ 11/ابريل /2025
• يتم تقييم العطاء استنادا على قيمة العرض والمستندات المطلوب ارفاقها
• سيتم تقييم العروض وتقييمها بناءً على الأسعار والمستندات المطلوب إرفاقها
• المنظمة غير مقيدة بقبول أقل او أعلى عرض ويمكن قبول العرضين أو أحدهما ورفض الاخر
