Subject: Provision and Procurement of (NFIs) Outwear from the local market for Famine-Affected Community in Central Darfur _2025

Hope and Friendship for Development is currently seeking to procure and provide essential (NFIs). As part of this initiative, we are inviting reputable local suppliers to submit tenders for the procurement of outerwear as outlined in the attached Bill of Quantities (BoQ).  

Please find the complete Bill of Quantities (BoQ) attached for your reference, which includes the detailed specifications, quantities, and required delivery schedule for the items.

We kindly request that your tender proposal includes the following:

• Unit prices for each item listed in the BoQ
• Lead time for delivery upon award of contract
• Payment terms
• Warranty and quality assurance details
• Any relevant company certifications or compliance with applicable local or international standards
• The delivery place for the items will be:
  Hope office - Golo, Central Jabal Mara locality, Central Darfur State – Sudan

Tenders are submitted in a sealed envelope to the Organization’s Office in following address:
