CONSTRUCTIONS OF 100 HOUSEHOLD LATRINES IN REFUGEES CAMPS IN -WHITE NILE STATE

Catholic Agency for overseas Development (CAFOD) with funds from UNHCR and in partnership with Hope and Friendship for Development (HOPE) are implementing a WASH project in White Nile State host community & refugee camps. The project is targeting to support the improvement of water & hygiene and sanitation needs of the host community & South Sudanese Refugees through constructions of HH Latrines. CAFOD and HOPE Sudan are seeking tenders from qualified vendors / suppliers/ constructions engineering companies for constructions of HH Latrines- White Nile State.

CAFOD and HOPE invites all interested suppliers/vendors/contractors to collect tender documents from CAFOD KOSTI office between 25 Feb 2025 to 17 March 2025.

note: A letter delegating an individual from the company is required when receiving the tender Dossier.

Tender documents can be collected from 25 Feb 2025 during working days and hours (11.00am to 3:00 pm) last day for collecting tender dossiers 17 March 2025

Interested vendors/suppliers/ contractors MUST provide the following information indicating that they are qualified to the works:

1. The company’s valid registration
2. Taxation chamber certification ZAKAT & TAX Release and other government related registration
3. History / profile of the company
4. Description of similar assignments achieved.
5. Evidence of experience in similar works
6. Financial ability \current bank statement (this will be kept as confidential document)
7. Guarantee cheque from the bank ((this will be kept as confidential document)
8. Fill in the questionnaire and the supplier form

The last date for submission of completed sealed bids is 18 March 2025 by 3:00 pm, incomplete bids will not be considered.

Tender bids will be opened 19 March 2025 at 12am, in CAFOD Office –Kosti
