Welthungerhilfe is a humanitarian organization, NGO seeking qualified suppliers for the provision of Non-Food Items (NFIs) to support our operations in the Port Sudan area. We invite eligible and reputable suppliers to submit their bids for the supply and delivery of NFIs as per the specifications outlined in this tender document.

The scope of this tender includes the supply and delivery of NFIs items.

All items must meet the required quality standards and specifications as detailed in the tender documents (BoQ).

Interested bidders must meet the following criteria:

• Legally registered business with a valid license to operate in Sudan.
• Proven experience in supplying NFIs or similar goods.
• Financial capability to undertake the contract.
• Ability to deliver within the required timeline.
• Compliance with international and national procurement regulations.

Interested suppliers should submit the following documents:

• Company profile, including previous experience in similar contracts.
• Copy of business registration certificate.
• Tax clearance certificate.
• Technical proposal detailing product specifications and compliance with requirements.
