HOPE organization invites qualified and interested suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of school furniture. The tender aims to provide high-quality, durable and ergonomic furniture to enhance the learning environment for students.

Submission:
All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER FOR SCHOOL FURNITURE” and delivered to: Hope office in Elobied , El Waha Area, House No. (35) East Plan Sudan Organisation, North Kordofan State .or Scanned document through the following Email: hopesudan.kh@gmail.com
provide the following information indicating that they are qualified for the work:
- The company’s valid registration
- Taxation chamber certification and other government-related registration
- History/profile of the company
- Description of similar assignments achieved.
- Evidence of experience in similar works
- Financial ability \current bank statement.
The last date for submission of completed sealed bids is 20 February 2025 by 3:00 pm, incomplete bids will not be considered.
