SOS Sahel Sudan is a national Sudanese NGO, registered to Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) in 2010, focusing on livelihoods, capacity building, natural resource management and conflict reduction. The organization is the result of a stepwise transformation of the Sudan country program of SOS Sahel UK. It has an accumulated wealth of experience and engagement with communities inherited from SOS Sahel International UK. SOS Sahel Sudan is governed by a strong Sudanese Executive Committee of 15 people, elected from a General Assembly of 46 members. Its staff has deep understanding of Sudan context and program interventions in the field.

SOS Sahel has therefore developed a depth of local knowledge and well-established relationships with local communities, which are being integrated into SOS Sahel Sudan way of working.

SOS Sahel has on-going work in 7 states North Kordofan, South Kordofan, West Kordofan, North Darfur, Red Sea, Kassala and White Nile focusing on livelihood, water, capacity building, peace building, Natural resources management and emergency respond. SOS Sahel is working closely with pastoralists and farmers in the rural areas and with relevant institutions and decision makers at national, state and locality levels.

FOR SUPPLY WATER QUALITY MATERIALS: -

SOS Sahel Sudan invites all eligible bidders for:

• Supply of 200 carton of chlorine 1.67 g
• Supply of 100 carton of chlorine 0.33 g

1. A complete set of bidding documents can be collected by eligible bidders through written request to the Emails bellow:

2. The required technical specifications for the work were accompanied with the tender questionnaire
3. Bidders should demonstrate merit and eligibility for the work by satisfying the following minimum qualification criteria:

1. Bidder must obtain valid license for the current year for the business name, Contractor or the company
2. Bidder has at least two years of experience in work of a similar nature and size and has the qualifications and experience in the field of supervision, implementation or both on similar projects
3. A certificate of exemption from a valid tax
4. The Contractor shall specify the period of execution of the work (Work schedule)

4. Bidders must submit the TENDER QUESTIONNAIRE and the BID OFFER in separate envelopes in original copy and must be delivered to the emails above

Starting from Tuesday 15/01/2025 up to Tuesday, 22/01/2025 at 2 o’clock PM as last day of submission:-

1. Bidders must submit offers for all works in the bid document in SDG.
2. Bidders must meet the minimum qualification criteria in the Tender Questionnaire for the bid offers to be opened.
3. Aggregate merit points obtained in Tender Questionnaire and Bid offer will determine the acceptable bidder for subsequent action.
4. Successful bidder shall provide a 30% security guarantee with an approved bank check or unconditional bank guarantee letter. The guaranteed check must be valid until the end of the work.
5. The SOS Sahel Sudan office reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
