Background Information

This tender is part of a humanitarian initiative to address the urgent healthcare needs of displaced communities in Sudan. The recent challenges and crises have left many individuals and families without access to essential medical supplies. As the humanitarian department of OX Enterprises, OX Humanitarian Relief aims to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality medicines to Port Sudan (Red Sea) and medical equipment to Gadarif, supporting vulnerable populations and enhancing their access to critical healthcare services.

Our mission is to provide life-saving support and improve the resilience of communities affected by displacement, conflict, and poverty. Submission Guidelines:

Suppliers interested in this tender must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Proposal Submission:

   • All required documents must be duly signed and submitted via email to [sudan.procurement.ox@gmail.com].

2. Submission Deadline:

   • Proposals must be submitted no later than 10/01/2025 - 15:00 SST.
   • Late submissions will not be considered.
