Samaritan’s Purse International Relief (SP) is international organization acting mainly in humanitarian aid and emergency response.
Samaritan’s Purse wishes to purchase NON-Food items in Port Sudan from a legally registered company.
The list below are the items we are interested in purchasing. If your company is interested and are capable of providing these items. Please read below for participation requirements.
Manner of Submission to Announcement
This is not the Tender but only the submission of your desire to participate in a tender. If you desire to participate please submit your letter with the information stated below through the following:
- By Email to the Tender committee email: sudantenderbids@samaritan.org
- Submit your request and Receive the bids package (RFQ) Personally (hard copies) of the required documents from our office in Port Sudan Office: Block 5, House 15, Transit West, Port Sudan, Red Sea State, Sudan
Please include:
- Company Full name
- Sales Manager full name
- Phone number of Sales Manager and Company
- Request for Tender bid information
- Email Address for us to send tender documents to participate in this Tender Bid
- Reference number must be in the email or envelope: NON-Food items PR10356
Deadline for the upcoming Tender is December 18th 2024
No Later than 17:00Pm Central Africa Time GMT+2
- All Participants that have sent a reply email to participate will get a Tender bid Requirements form emailed to your provided email address.
- In the Requirements form will be the date your tender bid will need to be received by email
- For Security Our Email box is locked in our system and only the Bid committee has access to its contents.

اعلان عطاء منظمة سامرتن برس هي منظمة دولية تعمل بشكل رئيسي في مجال المساعدات الإنسانية والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ. ترغب المنظمة في شراء مواد غير غذائية (مواد ايوائية) في بوتسودان من شركات مسجلة . القائمة أدناه هي العناصر التي نرغب في شرائها، إذا كانت شركتك مهتمة وقادرة على توفير هذه العناصر يرجى قراءة أدناه لمعرفة متطلبات المشاركة. طريقة التقديم للإعلان هذا ليس عطاء بل هو فقط ابداء الرغبة في المشاركة في العطاء. إذا كنت ترغب في المشاركة، يرجى إرسال طلبك مع المعلومات المذكورة أدناه من خلال ما يلي: أ. عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني للجنة العطاءات sudantenderbids@samaritan.org ب. تقديم الطلب مع المستندات واستلام كراسة العطاءات من المكتب مباشرة في بوتسودان ترانسيت غرب مربع 5، منزل 15/19 ، بورتسودان، ولاية البحر الأحمر، السودان . يرجى تضمين الاتي:
* الموعد النهائي للتقديم للعطاء هو 18 ديسمبر 2024- 17:00 مساءً بتوقيت جرينتش + 2 • سيحصل جميع المشاركين الذين أرسلوا بريداً إلكترونياً للمشاركة في العطاء على كراسة العطاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني. • لضمان الشفافية والنزاهة فان صندوق البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بنا مغلق في نظامنا ولا يمكن إلا للجنة العطاءات الوصول إلى محتوياته. يجب أن يكون الرقم المرجعي في البريد الإلكتروني أو المظروف: المواد غير الغذائية PR10356
