Expression of Interest for Provision of General Office Stationery Items

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, humanitarian, non-profit, non-governmental organization that provides assistance, protection, and long-term solutions to displaced persons around the world. NRC has been operational in Sudan since 2020, delivering core programs in shelter, emergency relief, and protection.

NRC is now seeking expressions of interest from suppliers for the provision of general office stationery items for all its operational areas across Sudan.

Selection Criteria:
Suppliers will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Competitive pricing
• Ability to meet NRC’s quality standards and specifications
• Product availability and capacity to deliver within the required timeframes
• Proven quality control processes
• Financial stability and creditworthiness
• Experience in providing similar products and services
• Ability to deliver niche or customized products
• Favorable payment terms
