Expression of Interest for Provision of General Hygiene/Refreshment Items

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, humanitarian, non-profit, non-governmental organization that provides assistance, protection, and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide. Since 2020, NRC has been operational in Sudan, focusing on shelter, emergency relief, and protection programs.

Currently, NRC is inviting applications for the provision of general hygiene/refreshment items for all its offices in Sudan, covering various states.

Key Selection Criteria

The primary criteria for selecting new suppliers are:

• Competitive pricing
• Ability to meet NRC’s specifications and standards
• Product availability and timely delivery within [XX] days
• Quality control practices and methods
• Proven product and service quality
• Technical expertise and leadership
• Financial stability and creditworthiness
• Payment conditions and terms
• Prior experience and track record with similar products/services
• Ability to offer unique products or innovative design concepts

Suppliers interested in pre-qualifying for future restricted tenders and/or signing contracts with NRC are encouraged to submit their expression of interest (EOI).
