Mercy Corps Europe is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps Europe is seeking a supplier to engage in Fresh and Fleshy food items such as egg, fish, banana, watermelon, orange, meat, vegetables, etc. The project is located across all locations within Sudan States.

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to bid form and submit it according to the guidelines below.

1. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form on this link Sudanbid.com or
2. Intend to Bid Form can be picked up at Mercy Corps Europe office across all locations within Sudan States.

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps Europe between 10^th – 23^rd October 2024 in one of the below methods.

1. Email completed Intent to Bid Form

sd-tenders@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line Reference: MAR0011-2024

2. Return completed Intent to Bid Form in person and put in the Tender Box placed at Mercy Corps Europe offices across any location within Sudan States. The Tender Reference number should be written in the envelope. 

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
