IOM has been operating in Sudan since 2000; contributing to the Government of Sudan (GoS) efforts to facilitate and manage migration effectively while upholding the human dignity and well-being of migrants including internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees and asylum seekers.
As Sudan is a source, transit, and destination country for migration; IOM provides services that cover the spectrum of assistance for human mobility with a wide variety of projects and programmes delivered through three strategic areas/units.

Vendors Registration In IOM-Sudan System:

IOM-SUDAN The International Organization for Migration (IOM) invites interested and eligible vendors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in respect of provision of the following categories:

1. Land Transportation / Cross Border Logistics
2. Water Supply / Drinking and General Use
3. Ancillary Services (Electricity, Plumping, AC maintenance, handling. etc.)
4. Solarization (Solar Solutions)
5. Vehicle Maintenance, Vehicles Parts and Consumables
6. Generators Maintenance and Management
7. Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)
8. Healthcare Services, Health Clinics and Health Screening Services
9. Venue for Training and Workshop
10. Hotel/Accommodation
11. Catering Services, Provision of Meals

The purpose of the REQUEST FOR EOI is to identify vendors that wish to participate in a forthcoming Tendering opportunity publish by IOM.

Mandatory Requirements for Vendor Registration:

1. VENDOR INFORMATION SHEET, completed, signed and stamped.
2. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY, completed, signed and stamped.
3. IOM’s Code of Conduct, completed, signed and stamped.

Legal / Tax. Documents:

4. Business License and/or Certificate of Incorporation.
5. Tax Identification Number (TIN) / Tax ID Certificate.
6. Confirmation Letter for the BANK ACOUNT DETAILS.

Business Related Documents:

7. Business Description, Company Profile, Brochures and Business-Related Material.
8. Recent contracts/purchase orders completed (including values, delivery period and the client).
9. Technical capabilities relevant to IOM's requirements.
10. Regions/Cities covered by the supplier.
11. Geographical regions in which the supplier can provide services or goods in accordance with project requirements.
12. Capability to operate and deliver within the IOM's designated regions.
