INVITATION TO TENDER

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) would like to receive bids for lease of Vehicles inside Geneina - West Darfur, from reputed vehicle rental companies & individuals.

Specifications for goods/Services required                  

• Contractors are required to be guided by the Scope of Work attached for all specifications. Deviation from these specifications is not allowed and may be used to alter the payments to be made to the Vendors

Bidding process

• This is a competitive bidding process and prospective bidders are required to make bids for the provision of this service which individually relates to their capacity to deliver the required service.

Eligibility

• All companies/ individuals  based and registered in Sudan are eligible to bid for the provision of the required service in ELgeneina – West Darfur. All bidders are expected to attach a copy of their company registration certificates as evidence of beingcompany in Sudan or, vehicles ownership certificates. Bidders are not allowed to subcontract this work to another company.

Past performance

• Bidders are expected to show evidence through references of their ability to execute this task by listing their experience and past performance of conducting similar or related works in Sudan. CRS may reach out to the referenced companies as part of awarding process and any falsification of information may lead to disqualification of bids.

Quotes

• All bids for this work are to be made in SDGand broken down according to scope of work attached.

Delivery date

•  All bidders are required to clearly state the delivery date for this assignment starting from when vehicles willbe ready to start as of 1^st January 2020.Prior vehicles inspection will be required for offers selected.

Payment process

• CRS will agree on this with the successful bidders and will be included in the final contract that will be signed between CRS and successful bidder.

 All bids for this work are to be submitted to the addresses stated belowRFP as hard copies sealed in envelopes and clearly stated “Lease of vehicles in West Darfur and / or as electronic copies through the email address procurement.sudan@crs.org.
