IOM has been operating in Sudan since 2000; contributing to the Government of Sudan (GoS) efforts to facilitate and manage migration effectively while upholding the human dignity and well-being of migrants including internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees and asylum seekers.
As Sudan is a source, transit, and destination country for migration; IOM provides services that cover the spectrum of assistance for human mobility with a wide variety of projects and programmes delivered through three strategic areas/units.

IOM-SUDAN The International Organization for Migration (IOM) invites interested and eligible vendors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in respect of provision of the following categories:

1. FUEL SUUPLY AND SERVICES.
2. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE SERVICES.
3. MEDIA AND PRINTING SERVICES.
4. HOSPITALITY AND EVENTS MANAGEMENT.
5. FURNITURE AND OFFICE SUPPLIES

The purpose of the REQUEST FOR EOI is to identify vendors that wish to participate in a forthcoming Tendering opportunity publish by IOM.

NOTES:

1. Expressions of interest shall be sent by email to: sudanvms@iom.int
2. Deadline for the Submission of EOI: 15^TH OF AUGUST 2024 12:59 SUDAN TIME.

تدعو المنظمة الدولية للهجرة (IOM) الموردين المهتمين والمؤهلين لتقديم تعبيرات الاهتمام (EOIs) فيما يتعلق للتسجيل كموردين و مقدمي خدمة للفئات و المجالات التالية:

1. توريد الوقود و المشتقات البترولية.
2. خدمات التخليص الجمركي.
3. الدعاية و الإعلام وخدمات الطباعة.
4. إدارة الضيافة والفعاليات.
5. توريد الأثاث واللوازم المكتبية.

الغرض من طلب إبداء الاهتمام هو تحديد البائعين الذين يرغبون في المشاركة في فرصة المناقصة القادمة التي تنشرها المنظمة الدولية للهجرة
