Bid documents must be submitted in sealed envelope, marked “not to be opened before 03 July 2024, 3:30pm (Khartoum Time) and should bear the tender reference “CWW/SUD/25549/259/335/2024/05/Hygiene Kit” on the outside of the envelope for identification purposes.

Envelopes and Sample kits must be sealed and marked “CWW/SUD/25549/259/335/2024/05/Hygiene Kit” only.

Envelopes and samples can be submitted into Port Sudan, Elfula and Geneina Concern worldwide offices only.

The deadline for submission of bid documents is 30 June 2024 @ 3:30pm (Khartoum time).

The bid documents will be opened in Port Sudan, Elfula and Geneina Concern Worldwide offices on 03rd , July 2024, at 10:00am, which will be facilitated by area coordinators and focal points from each locations and the committee member, participate virtually on MS teams with the presence of bidders or legal representatives. An MS Teams Link will be provided for those bidders who wish to attend online.

Failure to comply any of the condition from (2 & 6) above shall result in automatic rejection, also Concern is not bound to accept late, unsealed or incomplete bids

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Port Sudan, Elfula and Geneina Offices in any of working hours before the closing date.
