Sample Delivery:

• • To facilitate our decision-making process, we kindly request a sample of the Dignity Kit to be delivered to our office for evaluation before the deadline for quotation submission.

• Deadline for Submission of Quotation: April 11,2024

Submission Details:

Please submit the following:

1. A detailed quotation, including unit prices and any applicable taxes or fees.
2. Samples of the proposed Dignity Kit (to be delivered to the address provided ).

Ensure that your submission reaches us by the specified deadlines. Late submissions may not be considered.
