TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CARE INTERNATIONAL IN SUDAN PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY Bid No: CARE BID- 016 Deadline: 16th April 2024 Description: CARE International in Sudan is seeking services from experienced consultants/firms to lead and support the development of the CO partnership strategy which is guided by two critical principles; firstly, being locally led and driven, and secondly, intentionally engaging with women’s and young people.
