Brief Project Description

Mercy Corps Sudan is looking for a consulting firm to conduct the final evaluation of one of our programs.  The main purpose of this assignment is to evaluate achievements towards meeting the objectives and targets of the PEACE WISE program and to assess relevance, effectiveness, impact, efficiency, and sustainability of the program at program close-out. The evaluation will also generate recommendations for future programming.
