EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “GIZ Food Security East Sudan) financed by Federal Foreign Office of Germany and the EU would like to procure several Agricultural Machinery. The required machinery will be tendered as Lots with the following but not limited specifications:

• Lot 1: 2 units of Tractors 75-80HP;
• Lot 2 : 2 units of Planter pneumatic, mounted;
• Lot 3: 2 units of Chisel ploughs mounted, 7shanks with 25-30 shanks spacing;
• Lot 4: 2 units of Wide level disc trailed, 4 gangs, 24 discs;
• Lot 5: 2 units of Sesame cutter reaper binder, rear mounted;
• Lot 6: 2 unit of Grain threshers manual feeding, knife drum;
• Lot 7: 2 units of Trailers 4 ton tipper with 4 wheels.

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested suppliers to furnish GIZ Sudan with the following:

1. An official letter expressing interest clearly indicating your interest to participate in this tender clearly indicating which Lot(s) you intend to bid for. You can bid for 1 Lot, some Lots or all Lots.
2. Comprehensive company/ individual profile with the following information; Address: City, Street, Place, Legal form, Registration body, copy of the legal registration, Date of creation, Date of commencement of activities, Ownership details, Web address and social media accounts if it exists, Registration in VAT Tax Chamber, Business description, Number of employees, Services/ products currently on offer.
3. Financial Information (bank reference letter in favour of GIZ or recent 6 months bank statements in 2020 within minimum turnover of 12,000,000 SDG).
4. Kindly list at least three similar jobs done previously. Information should include details of awarding company and Award value, contact person email/number.

For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Sudan Office reception at No. 3, Amarat Street, House 28, Block 10a Khartoum, Sudan, stating the lot/s no with the title stated below:

“Expression of Interest 91145089”

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Monday 30th November 2020 will be accepted and considered.
Do not send price offers, kindly note that complete tender documents would be sent to firms that express their interest. - Non-conformity with all conditions mentioned could lead to the exclusion of the bid.
