- The price indicated on the financial offer is the final price to Samaritan’s Purse, no additional costs or charges will be entered into if Samaritans Purse accepts the offer.
- Validity offer (How long will the Quote be good for) 60 Day preferred, minimum 30 days from Date of Submission
- Payment terms and conditions (Be specific)
- Length of Warranty on Product?
- Specific Brand names if Available?
- Is Product in Stock or need to be sourced?
- Provide us with delivery lead time. (how long will it take to deliver if Tender’s awarding)

Emailed Bids will be REJECTED if:
- Another Samaritan’s Purse email is in copy
- Submitted separately to any other party.
- Any coercive behaviour is suspected.
