The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.

In partnership with ECHO, the IRC is undertaking rehabilitation work in Blue Nile State and has a requirement for the following:

•   Rehabilitation Of Wash Facilities at Two Health Facilities
• Rehabilitation Of Two Health Facilities

The rehabilitation is to be carried out as per the technical specifications provided in the IRC’s Request For Proposal (RFP).
