عطاء لصيانة عدد (32) مضخة يدوية في مناطق النازحين بمحليتي الدمازين و الرصيرص

     ترغب منظمة أدرا سودان - مكتب النيل الأزرق- بالتعاون مع شركائها، فى طرح عطاء لمقاولين أو شركات مؤهله لإعادة تأهيل عدد 32 مضخة يدوية  مبينة مواقعها بجدول الكميات وفقا للمواصفات الفنية الموضحة بكراسة العطاء على الشركات الراغبة التى تري فى نفسها الكفاءه تقديم عطاء لتنفيذ اعمال الصيانة بعد الحصول على الكراسه من رئاسة المنظمة بالدمازين حي الرياض جوار فندق الصديق والعروض المقدمة يجب ان يرفق معها الاتي : -

• شهادة تسجيل الشركة / عقد التأسيس
• السيرة الذاتية شاملة المقدرة المالية والفنية والخبرات في الاعمال المشابهة في هذا المجال
• شهادة إبراء ذمه من الضرائب والزكاة سارية المفعول
• كشف حساب يبين المقدرة المالية
• توصية من اتحاد المقاولون بالولاية
• شيك مصرفي او خطاب ضمان من شركة تأمين بقيمة 2% من قيمة العطاء، تكمل الي 20% على من يرسو عليه العطاء

تنبيه:  يجب إرفاق صور من جميع المستندات المطلوبة أعلاه - غير مرتجعة

• يتم التقديم وإيداع مظاريف العطاء مقفولة ومختومة بالشمع الأحمر بصندوق العطاءات برئاسة المنظمة بالدمازين
•  اخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات هو  يوم اخميس الموافق  10 / 10 / 2023 م الساعة  12:00 ظهرا.
• يتم تقييم العطاء استنادا على قيمة العرض و المستندات المطلوب ارفاقها.
• لا يتم اعتماد العطاءات التي لا تقدم بالطريقة الموضحة اعلاه او غير مستوفي للشروط المحددة
• المنظمة غير مقيدة بقبول أقل أواعلى عطاء ويمكن قبول العرضين او احدهما ورفض الاخر.

For Rehabilitation and Bacteriological test of (32) hand pumps in Areas of IDPs - Damazine and Al-Rusairis Localities

ADRA Sudan, on behalf of partners, is inviting a qualified contractors and companies to bid for rehabilitation and Bacteriological test of 32 hand pumps as per the specifications and details set in Tender booklet (BOQs).

Potential and qualified companies and contractors interested to carry out the rehabilitation works can collect tender booklet (BOQs) from ADRA Sudan Damazine office, Al Riyadh, West to Al-Siddiq Hotel. Bidders must submit the following documents along with their offers:

• Certificate of registration
• The firm or the company profile and/or owner CV, technical and financial abilities and experience of similar works implemented by the contractor or the company.
• Valid clearance certificate from Tax and Zakat
• Bank statement verifying the financial ability of the bidder
• Recommendation letter from contractors’ union at state level
• Guarantee check equivalent to 2% of the total value of the bid or Guarantee letter from bank or insurance company and must be topped up to 20% by the selected bidder.

N.B. All documents submitted for this tender should be copies (non- returnable)

• The bids are to be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelopes and posted in the tender box located in the Organization premises in Damazine Al-Riyadh, near Al-Siddiq Hotel
• Closing deadline: Time 12:00 pm   Date: 10-October-2023.
• Offers submitted in other manner than those indicated above will not be considered
• The offers will be scored and evaluated based on the prices and the documents required to be attached
• The organization reserves the right to accept the lowest or the highest offer.
