TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents will provide all relevant information in detail, requirements, quantities, delivery location, date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender,
The RFQ Pack can be requested by sending a letter of interest mentioning the company name/details and contact person to the e-mail address: sd.procurement@nrc.no - asmaa.mohammed@nrc.no
Manner of Submission:
Followings must be considered by all interested bidders:
- Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to sd.procurement@nrc.no - asmaa.mohammed@nrc.no before the deadline for submission of dossier.
- Quotation must be submitted in By Email Indicated Above and indicate the reference number and location in the envelop cover.
Bids should be submitted by email as stated above to the Norwegian Refugee Council Offices in Sudan by Date 9th Aug 2023 (Late bids will not be considered)
All times are local Khartoum time.
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
Note that all bidders are required to sign a bid submission register upon submission. The register can be signed by a company representative or courier.
