Now, we're taking the next big step on a journey to unleash and put into action that same abundant belief. This year, American Refugee Committee will become Alight. We’re the same organization with the same people doing the same critical work – providing health care and clean water, shelter, protection, and economic opportunity to more than 3.5 million people in 17 countries each year. But in solidarity with the people we serve who are too often defined by a single dark moment in their lives, we’re dropping the label ‘refugee.’

Alight is looking for potential suppliers to ‘’provide HH latrine Concrete Slabs and concrete beam.”

Attached are the “Request for Quotation” (RFQ) document, alight policies, and guidelines.

Companies interested in submitting the bid should submit

1. Complete the RFQ form with signature and stamp
2. Copy of Company Registration Certificate
3. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate
4. Tax Clearance Certificate for FY 2022
5. Experience certificate from UN/INGO/s (Minimum 2) for practicing concrete work such as HH family latrine concretes slabs      
6. Sign and stamp copies of Alight policies & guidelines as an acceptance of terms & conditions.

Please deliver all the above documents in a sealed envelope to Logistics & Supply Chain Department, South Darfur Nyala or Country office, House 126, Plot 8 (2^nd), Al Riyadh, Khartoum.
