Qualified and interested suppliers with proven capacity can collect the tender document for the Lot(s) they want to apply for by:  

  • Requesting a soft copy by emailing to tender.sudan@concern.net  from Wednesday 22nd March 2023. The tender pack will also be available on https://www.sudanbid.com.  

  • Requesting Hardcopy from Concern Worldwide Offices in Khartoum, Geneina, Elfula and Kadugli offices from Wednesday 22nd March 2023. 

Bid(s) must be submitted in one of 2 ways;  

  1. Physically in sealed envelopes, to the Concern Worldwide offices in Khartoum, Geneina, Elfula and Kadugli.  Sealed envelopes should be marked “not to be opened before “Tuesday 11th  April  2023 at 12:00 Hrs (GMT +2)” and should bear the tender LOT number applied for on the outside of the envelope for identification purposes with the Tender Reference Number.  DO NOT PUT COMPANY NAME OR STAMP on the envelope 

  1. Electronically to tender.sudan@concern.net . Tender Reference Number and the Lot Applied for MUST be in the Subject line. If sending multiple emails then please email the number of the email e.g. #2 or 4 emails. 

CLOSING DEADLINE IS THURSDAY 6th April at 1530 (UTC+2) 

Bid documents submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. The bid documents will be opened on Tuesday 11th  April  2023 at 12:00 Hrs  (GMT +2) both online and in Concern’s Office on Plot 33, Ahmed Makki Abdu Street 47, Khartoum 2, Khartoum east, Khartoum, Sudan.   

For those wishing to attend online, may do so by registering their interest 48 hours in advance of the meeting.  To register, the interested party must submit their request by email to tender.sudan@concern.net and putting Registration Opening Session Tender Reference CWW/SUD/21316-21330-21333-292338/2023/03 in the Subject Line.  A link to MS Teams will be sent to the registered emails on the morning of the meeting.
