Interested companies have the option to bid for one lot, some lots or all lots. To qualify for consideration in the tender procedure, interested companies are required to submit the following information and documents for eligibility assessment clearly indicating the Lot they intend to bid for.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested suppliers to supply GIZ Sudan with the following:
- An official letter expressing interest clearly indicating your interest to participate in this tender.
- Comprehensive company/ individual profile with the following information; Address: City, Street, Place, Legal form, Registration body, copy of the legal registration, email address, telephone and contact person name, TAX registration certificate and registration in VAT Tax Chamber certificate.
- Financial information such as: Bank reference letter in favour of GIZ or recent bank statements in 2022 within minimum turnover of, 50,000 USD or 300,000,000 SDG equivalent if you intend to bid for LOT 1 and 17,000 USD or 10,000,000 SDG equivalent if you intend to bid for LOT 2, 30,000 USD or 18,000,000 SDG equivalent if you intend to bid for LOT 3. If you intend to bid for some lots or all lots, the minimum turnover should match the above stated amounts when combined together.
- List of experience in supply of Oil press, if you intend to bid for Lot 1, or Lot 1 and Lot 2, List of experience in supply of solar energy if you intend to bid for Lot 3, if you intend to bid for more than one lot, evidence of experience per category is required, and this will be verified by the similar experiences per the Lot that you state are interested in, ther required list per category must be at least three references and should have contact details of awarding party and award value.
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents in English Language only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Sudan Office reception at No. 3, Amarat Street, House 28, Block 10a Khartoum, Sudan, labelled stated below:

Your complete documents should not be more than 30 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Thursday 16th March 2023 will be accepted and considered.
Do not send price offers, kindly note that complete tender documents would be sent to firms that express their interest. - Non-conformity with all conditions mentioned could lead to the exclusion from the bid.
