Relief International (RI) invites your submission of financial and technical bids in order to perform the construction in North Darfur in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. 

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) details are as follows:

The following documents must be submitted in a hard copy in a sealed envelope for your Bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee:

1. The attached RI Bid Form (Annex A) must be completed and submitted in accordance with Annex C.
2. Completed Proposal of Work / Price List / Bill of Quantities (Annex E)
3. The attached Tender and Contract Award Acknowledgement Certificate (Annex B) must complete and be duly signed by an authorized company representative and submitted in accordance with Annex C.
4. Copies of official company/organization registration and tax documents and essential certificates.
5. Additional documents to submit with the tender package include: 

1. Tax certification
2. Company Registration certificate
3. Contracts/Evidence of construction projects in North Darfur.
