HOPE is National NGO working with local communities to promote peace, stability, resilience, sustainable development through activities of Saving Life, Sustainable and Durable Solutions of humanitarian aid, recovery and development, by focusing on main sectors of Peace Building, FSL, Health & Nutrition, WASH, Education, and Capacity Development & Consultation Services.

Hope and Friendship for Development (HOPE) in partnership with Catholic Agency for overseas Development (CAFOD) with funds from UNHCR are implementing a WASH project in White Nile State refugee camps. The project is targeting to support the improvement of water & hygiene and sanitation needs of the South Sudanese Refugees through constructions of HH Latrines. HOPE seeking tenders from qualified vendors / suppliers/ constructions engineering companies for constructions of HH Latrines in Alsalam and Aljabalen localities, White Nile State.

HOPE invites all interested suppliers/vendors/contractors to collect tender documents from HOPE office KOSTI between 26 February 2023 to 13 March 2023.

note: A letter delegating an individual from the company is required when receiving the tender Dossier.

Tender documents can be collected from 26 February 2023 during working days and hours (9.00am to 3:00 pm) last day for collecting tender dossiers 12 March 2023

Interested vendors/suppliers/ contractors MUST provide the following information indicating that they are qualified to the works:

1. Certificate of incorporation by the administration of commercial records and ministry of justice.
2. The company’s valid registration.
3. Taxation chamber certification and other government related registration.
4. History / profile of the company.
5. Description of similar assignments achieved.
6. Evidence of experience in similar works.
7. Financial ability \current bank statement (this will be kept as confidential document).
8. Guarantee cheque from the bank ((this will be kept as confidential document).
9. Fill in the questionnaire and the supplier form.
10. Membership of the union of contractors.
11. Certificate of registration of the council of organizer of technician works (Must be Valid).

The last date for submission of completed sealed bids is 13 March 2023 by 3:00 pm, incomplete bids will not be considered.

Tender bids will be opened 14^th March 2023 at 12am, in HOPE Office –Kosti.
