For Installation of Handwashing Stations in Kernik, Habila and Forobaranga localities

ADRA Sudan is inviting all qualified Suppliers and companies to bid for providing Installation of Handwashing Stations, as per the specifications and details set in Tender booklet (BOQs), which indicates the specifications as follows the hand washing stations should be made of Plastic drum 72 (seventy-two) liter capacity, with plastic cover, one tap and iron steel stand.

Potential and qualified companies and Suppliers interesting to provide these Stations can collect tender booklet (BOQs) from ADRA-Sudan Geneina office, Alkefah area, near Alkefah Primary School. Bidders must submit the following document along with the offer:

• Certificate of Business Registration;
• The firm or the company profile and/or owner CV, and financial abilities and experience of similar works by the supplier or the company;
• Valid clearance certificate from Tax and Zakat;
• Bank statement related to the last 3 (three) months in order to verify the financial ability of the bidder;
• Implementation plan /schedule;
• Provide sample of the tender items upon ADRA Sudan request to check them before place any purchase order or signing contract;   
• The cost of the tender must include all government fees and duties including the added value tax.
• The quotation(s) should indicate unit cost and total cost per item;
• Tender currency in Sudanese pounds (SDG);

N.B. All documents submitted for this tender should be copies (non- returnable)

• The bids are to be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelopes and posted in the tender box located in Organization office in Geneina, Alkefah area, near Alkefah Primary School
• Closing deadline: time 4:00 pm date: 2 March 2023
• Late tenders and /or tenders submitted in a different way than indicated above will be rejected or returned to the tenders;
• The offers will be scored and evaluated based on the price and the documents required to be submitted. 
• Any tender that is incomplete and does not meet the specifications quoted in the BOQs will be rejected.
• The tender documents will be available free of charge at the office of the ADRA - Sudan Geneina during working hours starting on 2 February 2023 (from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
• The opening session of tenders will be held in at ADRA- Sudan Khartoum office on 5^nd March 2023 at 13:00 PM.

     ترغب منظمة أدرا سودان - مكتب الجنينة - فى طرح عطاء لمقاولين أو شركات مؤهله لتوريد أو تركيب غسالات للمدارس بمحليات كرينك ، هبيلا و فوربرنقا ،وفقا للمواصفات الفنية الموضحة بكراسة العطا ء( برميل بلاستيك سعة 72لتر بغطاءبلاستيك،واحد حنفية وحمالة حديد ).

على الشركات الراغبة التى تري فى نفسها الكفاءه تقديم عطاء لتنفيذ تركيب  الغسالات ، بعد الحصول على الكراسه من رئاسة المنظمة بالجنينة حي الكفاح قرب مدرسة الكفاح الإبتدائية والعروض المقدمة يجب ان يرفق معها الاتي : -

• شهادة تسجيل الشركة / عقد التأسيس
• السيرة الذاتية شاملة المقدرة المالية والفنية والخبرات في الاعمال المشابهة في هذا المجال
• شهادة إبراء ذمه من الضرائب والزكاة سارية المفعول
• كشف حساب يبين المقدرة المالية للثلاث شهور الاخيرة
• توصية من اتحاد المقاولون بالولاية
• شيك مصرفي او خطاب ضمان من شركة تأمين بقيمة 20% من قيمة العطاء،
• جدول زمني يوضح مسار التنفيذ
• توريد عينة للتأكد من ةقبل الشراء علي من يرسو عليه العطاء قبل الشروع في اكمال العطاء
• يجب ان تشمل العطاء علي كل الرسوم الحكومية بما في ذلك ضريبة القيمة المضافة

تنبيه:  يجب إرفاق صور من جميع المستندات المطلوبة أعلاه - غير مرتجعة

• يتم التقديم وإيداع مظاريف العطاء مقفولة ومختومة بالشمع الأحمر بصندوق العطاءات بمكتب  المنظمة بالجنينة
•  اخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات هو  يوم 2/3/2023م الساعة  16:00 عصرا.
• لا يتم النظر في العروض التي تقدم بغير الشروط المذكورة اعلاه
• يتم تقييم العطاء استنادا على قيمة العرض و المستندات المطلوب ارفاقها.
• لا يتم اعتماد العطاءات التي لا تقدم بالطريقة الموضحة اعلاه او غير مستوفي للشروط المحددة او يتم ارجاءها
• المنظمة غير مقيدة بقبول أقل أو اعلى عطاء .

- ستكون وثائق المناقصة متاحة مجانًا في مكتب ADRA - السودان الجنينة اعتبارًا 2/2/  2023 خلال ساعات العمل (من 8:00 صباحًا إلى 4:00 مساءً).

- ستعقد جلسة افتتاح المناقصات في مكتب أدرا - السودان – الجنينة يوم 5/03/2320 الساعة 13:00 ظهرا.
