The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to make a firm offer for the following works:

• Please see ANNEX 1 – Bill of Quantities.
• Please input your prices in the table below - VAT INCLUSIVE.
• Kindly sign and stamp your official Bid.

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents will provide all relevant information in detail, requirements, quantities, delivery location, date, time, and place for the submission , and can be obtained either:

Requesting by email sd.procurement@nrc.no OR Pick-up in person the RFQ documents from Logistics Department from Sunday to Thursday 08:30 to 15:00 at the following locations:

• Sudan Country Office – 4^th Floor, Nile Tower, Fourth Floor, Block 10, Building #20, Street 63, Khartoum

Closing date for submitting the tender is 07 Feb 2023 at 16:00. All times are local (Sudanese). All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
