Alight, formerly the American Refugee Committee, has empowered displaced communities since 1978. We aim to walk alongside displaced people, co-creating impactful programs and services tailored to their unique needs. Instead of referring to them as "beneficiaries," we proudly call them our "customers," emphasising their agency in shaping decisions that affect their lives. We strive to amplify our global reach and impact with our four affiliates.

In a world where over 120 million people are displaced due to conflict, persecution, and climate change, Alight is committed to addressing this growing crisis. Women and children, often the most vulnerable, face compounding challenges in these situations. EOI NOTICE FOR SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION

Alight (Formerly known as American Refugee Committee) is an international humanitarian agency providing health care, clean water, shelter, protection, and economic opportunity to more than 3.5 million people in 19 countries annually. Alight sees and helps every person make meaningful change in the world – from displaced and marginalized communities in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. 

Alight Sudan seeks to engage with specialized companies/firms/institutions in various fields for its pre-qualification process with the possibility of entering into framework agreements for the period 2023-2025.

Interested suppliers should submit a completed EOI application form together with the following documents:

• Copy of Commercial Registration Certification
• Copy of TIN/VAT Registration Certificate/s
• Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate from regulatory authority (The year 2021)  
• Financial Capability Certificates (audited books for 2019, 2020 & 2021)
• Company Profile
• Reference from previous similar UN and INGO experience with contact information (attached work completion certificates or experience letter from a minimum of two agencies)
• Experience Certificates for min. past two years in the interested domain
• License from the Ministry of Health, Medicines and Poison Board for suppliers intending to register for the medical drugs and vaccine category.      
• ISO, Contractor license, professional association certificate, and any other quality assurance certificate, where applicable.

LAST DATE FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION: FEBRUARY 12, 2023, 16 HRS

All submissions must be submitted in the ALIGHT supplier prequalification application form in sealed envelopes with the category reference number. Completed application/proposal must be delivered by hand to ALIGHT Country office, house 129, Plot 8 (2nd), Al Riyadh, Khartoum, or via sending to email procurement.krt@wearealight.org. Detailed information is provided in EOI instruction documents. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
