HOPE is National Non- governmental organization established in 2015, providing humanitarian aid and development interventions in the below states:

HOPE is engaged and delivered services in Food Security and livelihood (FSL), Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Child Protection, Health & Nutrition, and Peacebuilding. HOPE has various partnerships with UN Agencies and international NGOs. hereby HOPE invites well-qualified and reputable suppliers and contractors registered under the Laws and regulations of Sudan, to participate and submit their applications expressing interest and providing documentation in order to be prequalified and selected for the tenders of the years of 2023 - 2025. The prospective suppliers are required to supply mandatory information for pre-qualification as follow:

• List of goods and services with prices.
• Copies for all company’s certificates.
• Company Profile included relevant achievements.

• FSL Sector:

1. Agriculture inputs include Seeds (crops & vegetables), Fertilizers, pesticides, and local farming tools and harvesting tools.
2. Agricultural machinery including tractor, harvester, squeezer for groundnuts, peeler for groundnuts, and tricycle for transportation.
3. livelihood assets for women such as vegetable trade, Soap Making, Perfumes Making, Tailoring, Food Processing, Handcrafts, and Festival renting equipment.
4. Vocational assets and small enterprises equipment and materials for youth such as Welding, Auto-mechanic, Tractor repair & maintenance, Tractor & pump operator, Tricycle repair & maintenance, Mobile phone repair and maintenance, General Electricity, and Bricks Making.
5. Milking goats and livestock vaccination kits.

• WASH:

6. Construction & rehabilitation of Water Yard (WY), hand pumps, and Solar System.
7. Provision and Installation of water supply to the schools.
8. Construction household latrines in emergencies situation.
9. Construction & rehabilitation of public & institutional latrines.
10. Sanitary tools.
11. Hygiene kits include jerry-cans, soap and dignity kits.

• Education and Child Protection:

12. Construction/ Rehabilitation of Classrooms/ schools.
13. Construction of latrines, hand washing facilities and safe drinking water points.
14. School textbooks, exercise books, equipment’s, teaching aids and recreation materials,
15. Seating (desk and benches).
16. Construction/Rehabilitation and operation of child-friendly spaces (CFSs).

• Health & Nutrition:

17. Construction and rehabilitation of the health facility.
18. Basic laboratory equipment, essential drugs and medical equipment.
19. Midwives delivery tool kits.
20. Nutrition-related materials and items.

• قطاع الامن الغذائي

1. المدخلات الزراعية تشمل البذور (المحاصيل والخضروات) والأسمدة والمبيدات وأدوات الزراعة التقليدية وأدوات الحصاد.
2. الآلات الزراعية بما في ذلك الجرارات ، والحاصدات، وعصارات الفول السوداني، وقشارات الفول السوداني ، والتكتك للنقل والترحيل .
3. سبل كسب العيش للنساء مثل تجارة الخضار ، صناعة الصابون ، صناعة العطور ، والخياطة ، وتجهيز الأغذية ، والحرف اليدوية ، وتأجير عدة المناسبات.
4. المعدات الحرفية والمواد الخاصة بالورش الصغيرة للشباب مثل الحدادة واللحام وأدوات ميكانيكا السيارات وأدوات إصلاح التراكتورات ومضخات مياه الزراعة وأدوات إصلاح وصيانة التكتك وإصلاح الهواتف المحموله وصيانتها والكهرباء العامة ومدخلات صناعة الطوب البلوك أو المضغوط.
5. الماعز الحلوب وأدوات وأدوية تطعيم المواشي وعلاجها.

• المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة

6. إنشاء وإعادة تأهيل محطات المياه والمضخات اليدوية والطاقة الشمسية.
7. توفير وتركيب إمدادات المياه للمدارس.
8. بناء مراحيض منزلية في حالات الطوارئ.
9. بناء وتأهيل المراحيض الاماكن العامة والمؤسسات .
10. توفير أدوات إصحاح البيئة.
11. مستلزمات النظافة بما في ذلك الجراكين والصابون ومستلزمات النظافة الشخصية الآخري.

• التعليم وحماية الطفل:

12. بناء / إعادة تأهيل الفصول المدرسية / المدارس.
13. بناء المراحيض ونقاط غسيل الأيدي  ومياه الشرب الآمنة.
14. الكتب المدرسية والكراسات والأجهزة والوسائل التعليمية والمواد الترفيهية.
15. اجلاس (ادراج وكنب/ مقاعد) والأثاث المكتبي.
16. بناء / إعادة تأهيل وتشغيل الأماكن الصديقة للأطفال.

• الصحة والتغذية:

17. بناء وتأهيل المراكز/ المرافق الصحية.
18. توفير معدات المختبرات الأساسية والأدوية  والمعدات الطبية.
19. معدات الولادة للقابلات.
20. المواد والمعدات المتعلقة بالتغذية.
