Now, we're taking the next big step on a journey to unleash and put into action that same abundant belief. This year, American Refugee Committee will become Alight. We’re the same organization with the same people doing the same critical work – providing health care and clean water, shelter, protection, and economic opportunity to more than 3.5 million people in 17 countries each year. But in solidarity with the people we serve who are too often defined by a single dark moment in their lives, we’re dropping the label ‘refugee.’

Alight is looking for potential suppliers for the ‘’Supply family tents.”

Attached are the “Request for Quotation” (RFQ) document, alight policies, and guidelines.

Companies interested in submitting the bid should submit

1. Complete the RFQ form with signature and stamp
2. Copy of Company Registration Certificate
3. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate
4. Tax Clearance Certificate for FY 2021
5. Experience certificate from UN/INGO/s (Minimum 2) for the supply of the tents.    
6. Sign and stamp copies of Alight policies & guidelines as an acceptance of terms & conditions.

Proposal Submission Instructions:

Please deliver all the above documents in a sealed envelope to Logistics & Supply Chain Department, Country office, House 126, Plot 8 (2^nd), Al Riyadh, Khartoum.
