INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION (IFP)

Triangle Génération Humanitaire is an International Solidarity Organisation born in 1994 from the desire to develop a cross-disciplinary and sustainable expertise. TGH integrates emergency relief, rehabilitation and development in its programmes within a comprehensive approach, using an environmental approach wherever possible.

Acting in Sudan since 2004, TGH has rapidly expanded its programs in Central and West Darfur, despite a constantly precarious and complex situation. TGH is organised around three technical departments covering its three main areas of expertise: Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Food Security and Livelihood, and Education and Protection.

TGH Sudan hereby invites qualified and reputable suppliers and companies to submit their applications expressing interest and providing documentation in order to be prequalified (shortlisted) for the tenders of the year of 2023.

Bidders will be required to submit the following documents;

1. Copy of Commercial Registration Certification
2. Copy of Tax Registration Certificate
3. Full legal address and contact details of the company
4. Name of company’s official owner and copy of his/her ID & passport
5. Financial Capability Certificate
6. Company Profile
7. Reference from previous similar UN and/or INGO’s experience with reference contact information (Please provide Completion Certificate)

Interested bidders should submit their full set of prequalification documents to the email address deputylog.soudan@trianglegh.org , indicating the tender reference number which is (TGH-IFP-2023-001).

TGH reserves the Right to accept or reject any tender application and is not bound to give reasons for this decision thereof.
