Interested companies have the option to bid for one lot, two lots or all lots" All pre-qualified bidders from this EOI will be required to submit their commercial bidding offers within 3 days from receipt of Invitation to Bid (ITB) document". To qualify for consideration in the tender procedure, interested companies are required to submit the following information and documents for eligibility assessment clearly indicating the Lot they intend to bid for.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested suppliers to supply GIZ Sudan with the following:
- An official letter expressing interest clearly indicating your interest to participate in this tender.
- Comprehensive company/ individual profile with the following information; Address: City, Street, Place, Legal form, Registration body, copy of the legal registration, email address, telephone and contact person name, TAX registration certificate and registration in VAT Tax Chamber certificate.
- Financial information such as: Bank reference letter in favour of GIZ or recent bank statements in 2021/22 within minimum turnover of 130,000 USD or 75,000,000 SDG equivalent if you intend to bid for all LOTS, 80,000 USD or 46,000,000 SDG equivalent if you intend to bid for LOT1, 5,000 USD or 3,000,000 SDG equivalent if you intend to bid for LOT2, 20,000 USD or 12,000,000 SDG equivalent if you intend to bid for LOT3 and 20,000 USD or 12,000,000 SDG equivalent if you intend to bid for LOT4.
- List of experience in supply of ICT equipment, this will be verified by the similar experiences per the Lot that you state are interested in, the list should have contact details of awarding party and award value.
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents in English Language only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Sudan Office reception at No. 3, Amarat Street, House 28, Block 10a Khartoum, Sudan, labelled stated below:

Your complete documents should not be more than 30 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Sunday 5th December 2022 will be accepted and considered.
Do not send price offers, kindly note that complete tender documents would be sent to firms that express their interest. - Non-conformity with all conditions mentioned could lead to the exclusion from the bid.
